The Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) will be opening its site-based wait list for three-bedroom project-based voucher (PBV) units at the Harvey Lofts, an affordable housing community for families, located at 15340 Broadway Avenue, Harvey IL 60426. The PBV Program is a rental assistance program where the resident pays 30% of his/her income towards the rent.
To be eligible for the three-bedroom Harvey Lofts, applicant’s income may not exceed the extremely low income limit (50% AMI).
Applications will be available beginning on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. To apply, applicants need to log onto the HACC’s website at www.thehacc.org. Scroll down and click “Open Wait List” select “Harvey Lofts” on the HACC’s home page then click Apply to Wait List.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the website; no other form of application will be accepted. The wait list will close at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 26, 2025. Applicants will be placed on the wait list by a randomized lottery.
