Type the name into the search bar. If it’s not there, try using only keywords from the agency name.
You may save individual resources in your Favorites by creating and logging into your free user account and creating/managing a list to organize your favorited resources.
Use the quick searches curated for you or begin to type what you are looking for in the search bar. Suggestions will appear as you type. Select one of the suggested phrases or service terms.
Select the city or zip code and the radius from that location, or you may select “Use my location” if your device is set up to allow your location to be known. This can be done prior to your search or after.

- From an agency using internet-based phone systems such as VoIP or SIP: Contact your IT support there may be an issue with the phone system routing three-digit calls. Use alternatives: text your zip code to TXT-211 (898-211), call 630-407-6621, or visit dupage211prd.wpenginepowered.com.
- From a different location: Your call routes to the nearest 2-1-1. Call from the needed location or use alternatives: text your zip code to TXT-211 (898-211), call 630-407-6621, or visit search.211dupage.gov.
- Check your phone settings. Ensure it’s connected to your cellular carrier, not Wi-Fi calling. Turn off Wi-Fi calling and retry.
- If still unable to connect, use the 10-digit number, 630-407-6621, text your zip code to TXT-211 (898-211), or visit search.211dupage.gov.

Contact site administrators, 211dupage@dupagecounty.gov, to request to have your account deleted.
Select Favorites on the menu and then the Login button (pending link and instruction). At the bottom of the login screen, you will see an option to Register.
With an account, you can manage public/private lists and add favorited resources to help find them later. You don’t need an account to search or share resource data.

Adding and Updating Resources
Resources must meet the Inclusion Plan criteria. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, and exclusion does not imply disapproval.
Complete the 211 DuPage Resource Data Survey with the information that needs to be changed. A Resource Specialist will review your request and will be in contact with you in 1-2 business days.
Email 211dupage@dupagecounty.gov to confirm the record is correct and no changes are needed.
