The 18th Judicial Circuit Court Clerk will host a free DuPage County Expungement Clinic from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 421 North County Farm Road in Wheaton.  Anyone with a DuPage County criminal record is eligible to participate. Volunteer attorneys will consult with you on your available options, prepare the documents to request an expungement or sealing of your eligible records, and provide guidance on the process from start to finish. Advance registration is strongly recommended at www.18thjudicial.org/expungement_clinic because appointments are limited. Walk-ins may be accepted only if spots are available.
