DuPage County Health Department is hosting monthly sessions at its main offices, 115 N County Farm Road, Wheaton, to help residents continuing receiving Medicaid or SNAP benefits. The department is holding Redetermination Events to help from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on Fridays, August 11, September 8, October 13, November 3 and December 8. Appointments are recommended but not required by calling (630) 682-7400 to schedule. Residents should bring their Redetermination Form (if they have it), User name and password for their Manage My Case account, and proof income for the prior 30 days.
