Assists qualifying active service members and their families with finding the support and opportunities they need, including family support, education, housing, legal aid, mental health struggles, disability claims, finding employment and budget counseling.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Required Documents
May include: (1) Service Records (DD-214, DD-215, or ERB), (2) Disability decision (PEB, VA Rating Letter) if applicable, (3) Government Issued Photo ID (such as Driver's License, State ID, Military ID), (3) Proof of household income.
Eligibility
Current active duty, Guard or Reserve members; Immediate family member of active duty, Guard or Reserve member; Surviving family member of an active duty, Guard or Reserve member.

(1) Fill out application online, OR, (2) Call 571-418-6339 during posted hours and choose Option '1'
