Eligibility
Bereavement Services: Anyone who has experienced a death loss; Support Groups and Individual Adult Grief Support: Must be 18 years of age or older; Grief Support for Children: Must be between 5 and 18 years of age

Intake Procedure
(1) Call for more information on services and schedule an assessment or request an appointment online at https://www.fvhh.net/get-help/ (2) A licensed clinical staff member will help determine specific needs. (3) Support for youth ages 5 to 18: (a) Call the main number to schedule a counseling session with a clinician specializing in children's grief (b) After-school sessions held at the main location by appointment only
