Description:
Services for families in which parents live separately and the children are minors. Parents my be divorced, divorcing, or may have never been married. All services are mandated or ordered by the court. Services provided include Neutral Exchange, Transitional Exchange, Co-Parenting Education (CCC and PAK), Mediation, Supervised Parenting Time and PEACE Program for Conflict Management.

Monday to Tuesday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday to Friday, 8:30 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday, 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
Sunday, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Call to set up an initial appointment.
(2) Register for the co-parenting classes by phone or online at https://www.dupageco.org/Community_Services/Family_Center/1616/

Description
Co-Parent Education Program - Parent Education (for divorcing and never married parents with minor children) encourages parents to develop a way to communicate with one another that keeps their children out of conflict. These include the Caring, Coping and Children Program (CCC), the Online Co-Parenting Course, Parents and Kids Program (PAK) and the Online Parents and Kids Program (PKO).

(1) Monday & Tuesday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, (2) Wednesday to Friday, 8:30 am - 9:00 pm, (3) Saturday, 8:00 am - 12:30 pm, (4) Sunday, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Eligibility
(1) CCC: to be attended by all parents with minor children seeking a divorce in DuPage County, (2) CPC: to be taken online in place of CCC, by all parents with minor children seeking a divorce in DuPage County, (3) PAK: to be attended in-person by all never-married parents appearing in court to establish parentage, parenting time, parental responsibilities or child support, (4) PKO: to be taken online in place of PAK, by never-married parents appearing in court to establish parentage, parenting time, parental responsibilities or child support, (5) All courses require a court mandate.
Fees
(1) Self-Pay, (2) "Letter of Indigency" from a DuPage County court accepted to waive course fee.
Intake Procedure
(1) Caring, Coping and Children Program (CCC): (a) Register on the website or by calling 630-407-2450, (b) Check in 15 minutes before seminar start time, no late arrivals allowed, children not permitted; (2) Online Co-Parenting Course: (a) Register on website using a valid email address, computer required, classes cannot be taken on cellular phones; (3) Parents and Kids Program (PAK): (a) Register online on website or by calling 630-407-2450, (b) Check in 15 minutes before seminar start time, no late arrivals allowed, children not permitted; (4) Online Parents and Kids Program (PKO): (a) Register online from the website, course is self-paced, self-directed, (b) Certificate of Completion can be printed out at the end of the course.

Neutral Exchange program providing non-residential parents in DuPage County with a way of spending time with her/his children. Also provides additional support and education for families moving from a supervised parenting time schedule to a less restrictive schedule. Services by appointment only.
