Description
Assists with home repairs for income-eligible families in DuPage County.

Eligibility
Must be at least 60 years of age, or households who have someone who is serving in the military or has served in the past; Own a home in DuPage County; Home must be the primary residence of the applicant(s) and/or qualifying household member(s); Homeowner must present assurance that they will stay in home for near future or for the duration of the loan; Must meet income guidelines; There must be a demonstrated need for repair; Homeowner will agree to pay for the repairs through a deferred, zero interest loan; Homeowner is willing to partner with DuPage Habitat through education and direct participation

Resident of DuPage County; Honorably discharged U.S. veteran; Meets income guidelines; Willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity and its partner Owens Corning throughout application process
