Description:
Provides housing to homeless families and their children, for up to 24 months, while the families work on financial and permanent housing goals.
Case management, Parent Training, Individual or Family Counseling, Budget Counseling, Employment and Education Assistance services are also provided.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Closed for lunch, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) All applicants must be referred through DuPage County's Coordinated Entry System and must be literally homeless at time of assessment/project entry
(2) Case worker will complete a phone intake with applicant
(3) Eligible applicants will complete an assessment with a case manager
(4) Required Documentation must be submitted for assessment
