(1) Documentation of the economic crisis/reason for assistance, (2) Documentation of how situation will improve, (3) Photo ID, (4) Social security cards for all members, (5) Gross income for all members and sources of all incomes, (6) Asset verification, (7) Lease/Mortgage Statement, (8) 5-day notice/court eviction documents/verification of current living situation if homeless (9) Monthly household expenses

Eligibility

(1) Reside in Wheaton, Winfield and Glen Ellyn, (2) No assistance received in the past 12 months (3) A financial emergency, extenuating circumstances, or drop in income occurred, (4) Ability to pay household expenses beyond assistance, (5) Must meet program income guidelines.
