Intake Process:
Registration:
(1) Call 855-464-6872 or visit website to sign up
(2) Intake information for registration will include name, address, date of birth, family contact information, and billing information
(3) Provide any additional information on the rider that may be important, such as: uses a cane, walker, wheelchair, is hard of hearing, visually impaired, uses an oxygen tank, and so on
(4) A minimum deposit is required during registration, which can be applied to rides
Calling for a ride:
(1) Visit website for instructions on how to call for pick-up and drop-off
(2) Call main number and press "0" to speak to an operator about general questions about the service, and for advance scheduling
(3) The service charges a per-minute rate in addition to the Lyft or Uber charges
