Provides overnight emergency shelter and meals at multiple locations. People experiencing homelessness can request assistance by visiting or calling the DuPagePads Access Center.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Holidays, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Individuals and families experiencing homelessness must visit or call Intake during listed hours
(2) Staff will assess needs, verify eligibility, check required documentation and identify next steps
(3) Those who are missing identification are still welcome to call Intake

(2) 18 years or older, or accompanied by an adult
(3) Must pass safety assessment which includes no history of violent felony or sex offense convictions
(4) Priority given to DuPage County residents

Shelter: 7 days a week, 24 hours a day; For Calls: (1) Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (2) Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (3) Holidays, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
