Visit website for a complete list of required documentation; Previous year's tax return(s); Social Security cards, ITIN notices/cards, or other official documentation; Government-issued photo ID for each taxpayer; Checking or savings account information; Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN); Other documentation may include: a. Income (such as W-2, 1099-G, SSA-1099, 1099 Misc) b. Records of any federal and/or state and/or local income tax paid c. Deductions d. Health insurance information (such as 1095-A, 1095-B, 1095-C) e. Credit/Adjustments f. Payments

(1) Enter zip code to locate Tax-Aide site within location of choice (2) Bring required documentation to your tax-aide site - strict social-distancing measures will be in place for in-person appointments (3) Taxpayers also have the option of interacting with their tax counselors/prepares online or by phone and exchange their documentation electronically
