The Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) will begin accepting waitlist applications for Carefree Village in Oak Forest for one-bedroom and two-bedroom units for persons 55 years of age or older from Wednesday, Sept. 30, until 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2. Occupancy is restricted to a maximum of 2 people per bedroom; households with more than 4 people will not be eligible.
Applicant’s income may not exceed the very low-income limit (50% AMI).
On the day the waitlist opens, visit www.thehacc.org.

Applications must be submitted online only via the www.thehacc.org. No paper, in-person, email, or phone submissions will be accepted.
