Eligibility
Experiencing homelessness; 18 years or older, or accompanied by an adult; Must pass safety assessment which includes having no history of violent felony; Priority given to DuPage County residents

Intake Procedure
(1) Call to report any unsheltered individuals or families (2) Provide name, contact information, the location last seen, and any additional details (3) Staff verify information from calls in order to follow-up in the field (4) Staff link clients to shelter or provide support services to those remaining unsheltered.
