(1) File a charge of discrimination by submitting a completed Complainant Information Sheet by one of the following ways: (a) In person, (b) By mail, (c) By email to IDHR.webmail@illinois.gov (2) Charges must be filed within 300 days from the alleged discriminatory action, or one year from the alleged discriminatory action for a housing case
