Free pharmacy dispensing a limited number of medications for free to low income and uninsured individuals. Eligible individuals can receive up to 90 days of medication at a time with a valid prescription. A program of the DuPage Health Coalition.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Intake Process:
(1) Get a new paper prescription from doctor's office and bring it to the Dispensary of Hope
(2) Fax prescription to the DuPage Care Center Outpatient Pharmacy through Surescripts, or to 630-784-4284
(3) Transfer prescription from current pharmacy to 630-784-4284
(4) Provide the name and phone number of existing pharmacy to the Dispensary, who will call the current pharmacy and arrange for the medication to be transferred over.
(5) If already in possession of an Access DuPage card, the card could be brought to the Dispensary and shown to the pharmacist to qualify and register
(6) A valid form of identification is preferred but not mandatory
