Description
Insurance premium payment assistance for income-qualified DuPage County residents, including those who lost health coverage through work as a result of COVID-19. Staff receiving phone calls and processing applications remotely until further notice.

Remotely: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; In Person: Tuesdays, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

May include (but not limited to): (1) Valid photo ID, (2) Proof of address, (3) Proof of income
Eligibility
(1) Reside in DuPage County for past 30 days, (2) Between the ages of 19 - 64 years, (3) Meet income guidelines (household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level), (4) Unable to access medical coverage and no eligible for select private or public health coverage.

Intake Procedure
(1) Call the main number to schedule an appointment or leave a message with your name and phone number if you are unable to get through to staff, and they will call you back, (2) In-person hours on Tuesdays are by appointment only.
