To register for classes the following are required: (1) Valid Photo ID, (2) Letter of separation from high school (only for those 16-17 years of age), (3) Proof of public assistance such as food stamps/cash assistance/LINK card or medical card (only for those receiving public benefits)

(1) DuPage residents, (2) Cook County residents, (3) Individual must be receiving public assistance, (4) Individuals currently enrolled in school, but are separating/withdrawing from school

(1) DuPage County residents, (2) Cook County residents, (3) Adults without a high school diploma or its equivalent, (4) If under 18, a letter of withdrawal from your last high school is required.

Intake Procedure
(1) Register online and attend a mandatory HSE Information session (You do not need to fill out a Harper College application or pay fees), (2) After attending the HSE Information Session, make an appointment online for a placement test. a. Visit https://www.harpercollege.edu/academics/aed/hse/hse_placement_testing.php (3) On the day of your placement test, you will also meet with an adviser to select your classes. a. Plan to attend for 4 hours.
