Eligibility
Anyone over the age of 18 (average age of 60+ years); Continent of bowel and bladder, able to benefit from socialization, and exhibits non-threatening behavior
Fees
Self-pay, Free for individuals who qualify for the Community Care Provider (CCP) program, Free for Veterans who qualify for the US Veterans Community Care Network program.
Intake Procedure
(1) Call to schedule an intake appointment, (2) Meet with Executive Director and staff nurse to ascertain benefit from services, (3) Physical examination by a physician and a current TB test is required prior to attendance
