Photo ID; Proof of income; Documents of participation in qualifying aid program such as TANF, Head Start, LIHEAP, Medicaid, SNAP or social security documents; Prior year's tax return, Social Security benefits statement, retirement benefits statement, VA benefits statement, or federal or tribal notice letter of participation in General Assistance
