(1) Permit must be secured before starting building projects (2) Submit application and required forms through portal on website (3) Initial review of applications typically take 5-10 working days (4) For Instant Building Permits, must call 630-693-7530 and get an appointment for any Tuesday or Thursday, 8:00 am - 11:00 am (5) Bring required documentation
