(1) Animal pets of residents of DuPage County who receive SNAP and/or Social Security Disability Insurance.

Intake Procedure
(1) Visit the website and submit application online. (2) Once application is received and reviewed, applicants will receive an email to confirm approval. (3) Approved applicants will receive a one-time voucher for spay/neuter surgery. (4) All surgeries will be done by appointments only at a participating veterinary hospital.
