RTA Reduced Fare Card; Completed Application.
Eligibility
Persons living with disabilities; Must reside within the City of Wheaton limits, unincorporated area is not eligible.

Photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport); Proof of household income; Additional documentation may apply.
Eligibility
Must be at least 65 years of age; Must be a current incorporated Wheaton resident for at least the last 3 years without any break; Must be living in the current residence in Wheaton for at least 9 months of the year; Must meet household income requirements; Must agree to an in-person interview in the home; Must not be receiving Section 8 or DuPage Housing Authority assistance.
