Required Documents
Proof of residence; Proof of income for all adult household members; Photo ID; Unemployment Letter or Letter from employer, as needed.
Eligibility
Must be a Nicor Gas customer; Must meet income guidelines; Provide proof of income for all household members older than 18; Customers who previously received LIHEAP, PIPP or Sharing funds; Residential customers who have a non-heat account
