Office: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm; Rides to Appointments: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:45 pm

Eligibility
Residents of Naperville; Must be 60 years or older; Must use transportation to go to any medical or dental appointment (Excludes procedures/surgery where anesthesia is administered); Must be able to get in and out of a vehicle without assistance.

Self-Pay, None.
Intake Procedure
(1) Seniors must complete an application prior to requesting their first ride, (2) Rides by appointment only; 7 business days advance notice is required, (3) Suggested donation amount is recommended as payment for each round.
