Description:
Provides audiology services, sign language interpreters, domestic violence counseling and for deaf, DeafBlind and hard of hearing (DDBHH) persons. Provides amplified phone demonstrations through ITAC's free amplified phone program. Audiological services include hearing testing and guidance in the selection and use of hearing aids. Also provides tax filing services through their VITA program for DDBHH persons.

(3) Upon receipt of all approved documents, a unique account number will be assigned to applicant. (4) Use account number to make an official request for interpreter services online. (5) If you do not receive a reply within one business day, please contact CHSInterp@anixter.org or Voice: 773-248-9121 ext. 312 or Videophone: 773-598-8927 to confirm that your request has been received.(6) For emergencies, please submit a request online and call 866-251-0220 as coordinators are available 24/7.
