Workforce Development - workforce training services and assistance to persons with arrest or conviction records and those who have been released from jail or prison or who are preparing to be released.
Hours
Monday and Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Tuesday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Wednesday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Intake Procedure
(1) Call 312-922-2200 or fill out form under "Contact Us" on website to schedule an appointment with an Intake Counselor. (2) New clients go through a group orientation and intake session, and complete 2 assessments to identify barriers to employment (financial, physical, education etc.) and to identify interests and skills needed.
