Description
Home-based visitation program focusing on parent education, parent-child connection, and parental empowerment. Services include parenting skills workshops and support community engagement. Our programs are open to caregivers with children ages birth-17 years old.

Eligibility
Must reside in DuPage County, parts of Aurora, or parts of Cook County on the South Side of Chicago; Must be a caregiver to a child/children between 0-17 years of age.

(1) Call 630-790-6600 for more information on the Parent Mentor Program and for over-the-phone assessment (2) Following phone assessment, parents are matched with a professionally trained Parent Mentor
