Home-based visitation program focusing on parent education, parent-child connection, and parental empowerment. Services include parenting skills workshops and support community engagement. Our programs are open to caregivers with children ages birth-17 years old.

(1) Call 630-790-6600 for more information on the Parent Mentor Program and for over-the-phone assessment (2) Following phone assessment, parents are matched with a professionally trained Parent Mentor

    (1) Check calendar on website for schedule of workshops (2) Pre-registration and arriving 15 minutes early are strongly recommended (3) Must attend all workshops in order to receive a Certificate of Completion
