Provided bus tickets for travel Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Proof of age of youth (ID with birth date or birth certificate); Photo ID of adult they are returning to; Additional documents may be required depending on situation

Eligibility

Qualified homeless youth, ages 12 to 21 years old; Returning to location within the United States; Must complete entire intake process including conference call; Provide required documents
