Intake Procedure
(1) Visit during normal business hours with the required documents at the Public Services Desk, (2) Residents of Oakbrook Terrace: in addition to the 2 forms of ID, need to fill out a form available at the Village of Oakbrook Terrace, pay the fee, and bring the receipt to Villa Park Public Library in order to apply for library card.
