Description
Provides primary health care, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention, testing and treatment, and mental health and substance use assessment and treatment, specializing with those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex (LGBTQI), people living with HIV/AIDS, and their families and friends. Services offered in Elgin and Aurora.
