      (1) Call 630-682-7400 and dial option 2 to connect with a representative than can answer questions about and for information on the COVID-19 coronavirus disease, including testing and vaccines. (2) Call 630-627-1700 any time to speak to crisis staff and counselors. Drive up for testing during listed hours, no appointments needed.

          Residents of DuPage County who fulfill any of the following conditions: Persons 65 years and older; Residents of long-term care facilities; Persons aged 50-64 years with underlying medical conditions; Persons aged 18-49 years with underlying medical conditions; Persons aged 18-64 years who are at high risk of COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of their work or institutional setting.
