Eligibility
Women between ages 18 to 22; Pregnant with first child or parenting no more than one child; Be homeless or at risk of homelessness; Have a valid driver's license.
Intake Procedure
(1) Call either the Wheaton Youth Outreach or Jubilee Village directly at their listed numbers to complete an intake (2) If appropriate, an interview with the Program Director and Clinical Case Manager will be set up (3) If accepted into the program, a meeting will be scheduled to complete all needed paperwork and to schedule a move-in date.
